Mantachie Rural Health CareMantachie Rural Health Care, Inc. has offered medical, dental and behavioral health services to residents in North Mississippi for over fifty years. MRHC was the first community health center in Mississippi to be recognized as a level 3 patient-centered medical home. As a recipient of Federal financial assistance, MRHC does not exclude, deny benefits to, or otherwise discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, age, or ability to pay in admission to, participation in, or receipt of the services and benefits under any of its programs and activities. This statement is in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and the Regulations of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services issued pursuant to these statutes at Title 45 Code of Federal Regulations Parts 80, 84, and 91.

Mantachie Rural Health Care offers a reduced rate of pay program for patients with or without insurance based on income. In addition, we accept private insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.

History

Founded in 1957, Mantachie Rural Health Care, Inc. provides primary care services for the whole family. MRHC is dedicated to providing our patients with the highest level of compassionate, personal and trustworthy medical care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our healthcare providers and staff focus on what is important–patients and their families. Most importantly, we are committed to treating each patient and visitor as a member of our family while providing a lifetime of quality health care. We are a federally funded community health center providing comprehensive care for the entire family. Mantachie Rural Health Care providers and clinical staff are covered with professional liability insurance through the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).

Mission: To provide access to affordable quality primary health care to citizens of the services area regardless of race, color, national origin, religion/creed, gender-gender orientation, sex, sexual orientation, disability or ability to pay.

Vision: The vision of the Board and Staff of Mantachie Rural Health Care, Inc in four year’s time is to increase access to primary health care through developing and expanding programs and activities to better serve patients.
